Michael Parisi founded Parisi Family Law P.A. with a simple philosophy: every family deserves experienced legal guidance and a passionate attorney who remains personally invested from beginning to end.
Known for his strategic approach and direct client relationships, Michael helps individuals and families navigate divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, and other complex family law matters with confidence, timely preparation, and compassion.
Michael is recognized as a leader of our community, serving as Co-Chair of the Broward County Bar Association Family Law Section, and as an Executive Board Member of the Miami-Dade Family Law Inn of Court. He is also a published author of The Florida Bar's Dissolution of Marriage, 15th and 16th editions, and regularly presents at continuing legal education programs throughout South Florida.
Before founding Parisi Family Law, P.A., Michael spent more than seven years as a Senior Attorney at Sidweber & Weintraub, P.A., representing clients in high net worth divorces and high conflict custody disputes. Prior to private practice, he served as a Prosecutor for Florida's Department of Children and Families where he successfully tried more than twenty cases on behalf of the State of Florida, including termination of parental rights. His wealth of courtroom experience, leadership, and client-first philosophy continue to define the firm's approach today.

Mark Sawicki serves as Of Counsel to Parisi Family Law, bringing a distinctive combination of family law experience, business litigation knowledge, and strategic problem-solving to the firm's clients.
Working alongside Michael, Mark provides additional depth in cases involving complex financial issues, high-conflict disputes, and matters requiring thoughtful legal strategy while maintaining a practical, client-centered approach.
Before focusing exclusively on family law, Mark built a diverse legal foundation through corporate and business litigation, judicial experience, and extensive courtroom practice. His ability to analyze legal issues from multiple perspectives allows him to develop creative and effective solutions for families facing difficult transitions.
Mark earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law after graduating with honors from SUNY Binghamton University. Throughout his legal career, he has remained committed to professionalism, preparation, and providing clients with knowledgeable, compassionate representation.
